Psychotherapy in N1 (Islington) & Online
Nature Based Therapy or Wellbeing sessions outdoors in N10 (Highgate)
Therapy can be powerfully transformative.
If you’re ready to make a meaningful change in your life, whether tackling something from your past, managing a current challenge or stepping into a fuller, healthier or more satisfying way of living, therapy can help.
We each have our own history, journey, joys and challenges and sometimes we all need a guide to navigate a difficult moment or help support us through a transformation. We live in a time of rapid change which can feel destabilising. For many, living and working in the urban jungle is necessary but not where they thrive naturally and this is in itself can be overwhelming and lead to stress and anxiety.
Therapy is in invitation to step out of these daily routines and take some space for yourself. Through the process you will come to know yourself better and care for yourself more deeply. From this place of knowing and acceptance you can take actions to create the experiences, relationships and life that you want. The responsibility and freedom to form ourselves is exciting, empowering and can fuel real and lasting change.
As a humanistic therapist I’m curious about all areas of your life that are meaningful for you. Through thousands of hours with clients from all walks of life, I deeply appreciate the uniqueness of each person and their story. All of you, and every aspect of your life is welcome in our work together.
I’m particularly passionate about wellbeing and supporting people to have a kind and caring relationship with themselves. Nature is a wise teacher through her natural cycles and rich diversity. She often finds her way into my work with clients through metaphor or using natural materials in representation or creative exercises. I also offer seasonal well-being programs helping Londoners to understand their own natural cycles and to enjoy the pleasure and power of spending time outside - for more on this see www.natureasurture.com.
